Katarina is the heart and soul of Text-Link.us. Her single-minded dedication to the development of our text link ad inventory and sincere motivation to assist online business owners is a key to our success. Her incisive understanding of the online marketplace and attention to detail make her uniquely suited to her role as the operating manager and head of sales for Text-Link.us.

Katarina graduated from Constantine the Philosopher University with Bachelor of Arts in European Studies (Political Science) and Foreign Languages in Czech Republic before she began her career in internet marketing. Her years of experience, both here and at leading companies like Searchfit Inc., are invaluable to our company and customers alike, and provide a standard of excellence that is the basis for our business. She continues to research, develop, and implement new ideas and strategies to help our customers gain an edge over the competition. With her at the helm, any text link ad campaign is sure to succeed.

Kyle Robinson
Text Link Support Specialist

Having recently joined the team at Text-Link.us, Kyle has taken on many responsibilities - including the management of our text link ad inventory, updates and changes to the website, customer and vendor relations, and sales and billing support. His commitment to organization and excellent customer service allow our customers to feel that they always have an attentive and responsive representative to address their questions, concerns, and problems.

Kyle was recently discharged honorably from the United States Marine Corps after completion of a five-year term of service during which he earned an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Copper Mountain College in Joshua Tree, California. He continues to pursue higher education and is currently attending California State University at San Marcos. In only a short time, he has demonstrated a penchant for customer service and communication, as well as a keen understanding of the online marketing and text link advertising industries.

Tim Scott
Director of Technical Development

With his experience in software development and implementation, Tim is an essential part of the Live Customer team, and is responsible for the ongoing pursuit of innovative and efficient solutions for the web properties of the company and those of our customers. Prior to joining Live Customer in 2003, Tim was a Software Engineer at Burnstein Technologies where he assisted in the development of software to aid in the communication between various systems and platforms.

In addition to his considerable experience with Live Customer and other companies, Tim completed his B.S in Computer Science at California State University at San Marcos, and plans to pursue a Masters of Science degree in business.
